The latest Flying Blue Promo Rewards have been released for January, 2025. It features discounted award flights between North America and Europe from just 15,000 miles each way in economy and 26,250 miles each way in premium economy. Bookings are possible on flights operated by Air France and KLM. Connecting flights from the destination within Europe through either Paris or Amsterdam (outbound and/or return flights) are included in the Promo reward ticket.
The Deal
Fly between Europe and the following U.S. cities in economy for 15,000 miles (plus taxes & fees):
- Phoenix
- Miami
- Atlanta
Fly between Europe and the following U.S. cities in premium economy for 26,250 miles (plus taxes & fees:
- New York
- Chicago
To sweeten the deal, Chase is offering a 20% transfer bonus to Flying Blue, reducing costs to:
- Economy: 13,000 Ultimate Rewards points
- Premium Economy: 22,000 Ultimate Rewards points
This is an excellent use of Ultimate Rewards points!
How to Claim
- Book directly on Air France. You must first log in to your Air France loyalty account.
- Click Book with Miles.
- Enter your date, number of passengers, departure airport, and arrival airports. It’s a good practice to search for just one passenger at first to check availability.
- Select one-way, economy or premium economy.
- Look for availability and book.
Note: Award availability seems pretty sparse based on a few searches I did between different city pairs – premium economy shows better availability than economy. This could be due to pricing still being updated in Flying Blue’s system. To maximize chances of booking:
- Check availability daily.
- Set alerts on PointsYeah or similar tools.
- Look for premium economy if economy isn’t available.
- Be flexible with dates and routes.

Book by the end of January, 2025 and travel through June 30, 2025.
